Always attentive, extremely helpful, curtious and respectful, whether your buying something small or a new bike. I have always been impressed with their knowledge, that they give freely and willingly to everyone that comes into their premises. Importantly, I was there one day when a person with a disability entered and was visibly upset.... Glen and Dan dropped everything, consoled the gentleman, changed his tyre did some minor repaires, lubricated this and that and checked everything and never thought of charging for anything. So impressed with their humanity and their social conscience I bought a new bike.
