We had a great time for a couple days.Staff we're awesomely friendly and helpful.Clean and tidy Fantastic Communal Kitchen & Pool Room. All round a good Vibe...
Coffs Harbour cabin 3 extremely run down, HEAVY mould smell only got 2 hrs sleep cause it smelt so bad, asked for our money back and left. Only stayed 1/7 nights and found accommodation else where. Mould on the roof and walls of the master bedroom and bathroom, blinds broken so people could see in, ants coming out of the sink and wardrobe, filthy chairs, hairs in the bed, roller blinds banged all night, neighbours starting their cars up at rediculous hours with headlights in our bedroom windows, can hear the road a lot. Was supposed to be a romantic week away, neither of us wanted to be in the cabin let alone enjoy ourselves in there. Dont waste your hard earned dollars and time off on this holiday park. These cabins have clearly never been looked after
Adequate campsite. Amenities a bit dated & hot. Hand soap & toilet paper levels need to be checked more regularly, as they ran out too long. They had a free sausage sizzle & a talented musician perform there on the Saturday night, which was great. Staff were nice.
What a lovely park this was. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Yes, the amenities block is dated; but it is clean, well stocked and functioning. There are BBQ areas and camp kitchens which are well maintained and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful with mature trees, palms and little nooks to sit and read. There was even live music and a sausage sizzle on Saturday night the week we stayed. Deb was a delight to deal with and a credit to the park. Yes, it is beside a main road. Those giving it a bad review because of this should have expected traffic because of it's position so their reviews are a bit unfair in my opinion. However, it is so central to everything and a great convenience. Being dog friendly is a HUGE tick in our book as well.
It was the worst power site I have ever stayed in Australia. To be fair, there are lots of nice sites next to the creek and at the back of the park. Sadly you might just be out of luck and end up camping next to the highway and those trucks there break just next to your caravan or tent 24/7 non stop. And you dont pay any cent less for this than for the other nice sites. Why even bother to have a site setup in front of the highway? My family has membership with big4, weve never had this issue. If there are situations that sites are not ideal, normally the owners will give you call let you know once you made the booking. Not here....They also only have three showers and toilets at one side of the park. Expect queues during peak hours. The toilet paper runs out too..both female and male toilets! There are so many nice holiday parks at Coffs Harbour, if there is any chance to get somewhere else then dont stay here.
