My first and last time....dentist was approximately an hour late and very expensive. So disappointing.
brought my child in for a super positive experience at a dentist cause all she has had in the past with 2 visits have been traumatising. First of all the positivity stopped once Judy had my child in the chair. There was an explaination of the air but not an explanation of the metal instruments. My daughter was scared and kept putting her hands up and was told repeatedly to put them down. My daughter got scared of the scrapping metal tool. She said it was hurting. Which it quite possibly could have been because I have had sore teeth from the scrapping even as an adult. She dismissed my daughter saying it can't possibly be hurting all she was doing was scrapping. Um, mrs expert dentist I am an adult I have had pain when the metal was scrapped along the front of my teeth so yes it can hurt! My daughter was scared and stated so, my daughter said stop and she dismissed her being scared and didn't even hear her say stop. I said stop for my daughter like any sane mum would when their child is crying and scared. I said please stop. We were also told there is no where in coffs that does sleep dentristry, the dentist was wrong about it, I have found one and even someone in the parking lot told us of this place. I think she just wanted to line her pockets with money. I was after a dentist to treat my child with kit gloves and be a super positive experience. I have now got a super nervous child about the next dentist appointment. And I have also had to book a doctors appointment for some medication to give to her for this next dentist appointment. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO NERVOUS KIDS. She stated she has only had one approximately every 12 months she cannot treat. I call BS. It would be more wtih her techniques. THANKS A LOT FOR MAKING MY CHILD EVEN MORE SCARED!
Very professional and great team. Always so helpful and lovely. My braces journey was a quick and easy one thanks to the team! Couldnt reccomend anyone more
I'm especially impressed with the after care service. After the initial appointment a follow up phonecall was received. Today my husband had a few teeth extracted and a few hours later we had concerns and I phoned the clinic. They were most helpful, I drove my husband back and he was very well looked after.
