Administration is terrible! Have been double booked multiple times. Records have been lost and gave up going there after waiting over an hour to see a doctor every time. Also the women on reception are always rude!
An amazing bunch of staff here. Receptionists are efficient and patient as they deal with so many people. Dr Daniella is an amazing Dr and super thorough. Yes sometimes theres a wait but as the old saying goes, some things are worth waiting for. These people offer a fantastic service and I appreciate each and every one of them.
If I was only writing the review for one doctor, Dr Moe Moe, I would have given 5 stars however the majority of the other doctors are rude, dismissive and unapologetic for the ridiculously long wait times. I've never had an issue with the reception staff but I wouldn't necessarily call them friendly either. If it wasn't for Dr Me Moe I would have switched doctor's surgeries a long time ago.
Sadly I have to give 1 star as I can't give zero stars, as the reception staff are very incapable of reading off a new patient form and entering details into the system correctly and think they should be made to get eye checks as I cant see how a "5" can be put down as a "9" or for that matter an "8" or a "9" as they got my birth year wrong and my birth month, they also spelt my street name wrong as well as my first name, which is quite a common name and would have thought it would be easy to spell. As for the receptionist "Kelly" she is extreamly rude, asks if it's okay to put you on hold and when you say "YES" she puts you on hold but then cant manage to take you off hold and hangs up on you, which I think is very disgusting and appalling on behalf of representing the Super Clinic. And as for the service there is nothing "super" about it you wait over an hour past your appointment time and are never told that the doctors are running behind, unless you go up and constantly ask. And dont have procedures here, as once the doctor receives the results 3 months later you get bombarded with text messages saying that the doctor has requested to see you urgently, and when you ring up and say this this is impossible and explain why, they say they will take care of it , but they do not and it takes 10 phone calls to sort it out. Plus I had to get my boyfriend to go in and yell at them as it shouldnt take that many phone calls to fix something up when a patient has explained the situation and why they cant cone back in. I will be looking for another clinic to go to that has better bed side manners by the drs and better treatment by the staff.
If i could give minus 5 stars I would. Possibly the worst doctors surgery in Coffs. Was there for over 2 hours with three sick sick kids. We arrived at our appointment time and were not even called in until over an hour past the appointment time. Then they had the hide to charge me $160 with no rebate, as they couldn't find two of my kids in the 'system' but they had both definitely been there before. And not once was it mentioned in the booking process there would be a fee. I'm absolutely appalled. What a joke!
