Total waste of time. Bunnings website says that you can purchase a hot water service and they will provide someone to install with an extra cost. But doesn't mention that this service isn't provided by the Coffs Harbour store.

Normally I have no complaints, but today I was ignored by 3 staff, 2 who walked behind the counter, then left, over 5 plus minutes while I waited at the trade checkout.To not even acknowledge my presence was a bit of an insult.I eventually departed to the general checkout.
The good thing about bunnings .....if you buy a power tool from them and it plays up, they simply replace it, no questions asked. I have no problem recommending them.
