EVADE THEM AT ALL COST!!I used the services at MBT Law in Coffs. The solicitor and assistant with this firm was the worst to deal with as nothing ever was done properly nor on time, completely ignoring my emails and phone calls. They failed to complete any dealings with my matter. Their handling of documents were often erroneous as I constantly had to review there works on details placed in sensitive documents. These incorrect details made length of a straightforward matter much longer. My complaints were head on deaf ears, and to get kicked down even further, they said they cant represent me (via an email) with no logical explanation. EVADE THEM AT ALL COST
Really unhappy with the level of customer service we received. I am not a picky person nor one to usually complain but the receptionist 'Sarah' was rude, unwelcoming, and spoke to partner like an idiot, as if he was retarded! Her phone manner disgusting and email communication rude. We took out business elsewhere!
