To supposedly save a few million, Council paid consultants several million to "restructure." Therefore, Losing every single experience employees along with millions in Redundancies and entitlements.Councilors are incompetent, being inexperienced in running a town and having been elected using a backward Group Voting Ticket system. The Mayor is useless and self-serving, as is the GM.
