New owners took over 10 days prior to our stay. Not easy to learn anew business during Christmas peak season but with only a few mistakes made with double bookings I have to say they were a lovely couple. Offered lots of information about the local area and places to eat et . Lovely pool area too.Unfortunately our room was left unlocked and slightly ajar after the cleaners had refreshed it on the 2nd day of our 3 night stay, My husband very unimpressed with this, as he is very security conscious! Luckily nothing was touched or missing. Im sure its not a regular occurrence. Rooms were clean & very comfortable Would stay again

Clean and very friendly staff! The new owners are absolutely lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that I would like to add is that the bathroom needs to be updated but other than that no complaints. The location is in walking distance of shops and beach and a short drive. Will be back again. Thanks Park Beach.

The best part about this place is the friendly staff. Natalie is so welcoming and positive, taking an interest in the guests personally. It makes such a difference to be greeted this way. She was also very flexible when we had to check in at 10pm. The rooms were comfortable and exactly what we needed for a stop over on the way to and from Sydney via Gold Coast. I would stay here again when in Coffs Harbour.
