As soon as you call them, they attend immediately and always with a smile, even on a weekend or a late night emergency.They always do such a good job and are very reasonably priced. If I could give them zero I would.I have rented a business premises for 12 years. After numerous calls to the landlord about water entering the premise over the period of a year and Emerald Beach Plumbing attending numerous times the problem kept getting worse. Emerald Beach Plumbing advised the owner that new works were needed to fix the problem this is what they stated; "The existing gutter and drainage to the awning at the front of the phone shop and adjacent shops is undersized and in need of an upgrade.I recommend the following.Cut out 3 x sections of the existing awning gutter to supply and install 3 x custom made rain heads.Remove the existing 50mm down pipe and replace with 90mm.Fix pipe work to the wall with stainless steel brackets and screws."After a year and the problem getting worse I decided to check the gutter and fix the leak myself, FIXED, oh the joy! The gutter was full of debris (even and old baby dummy in there) directly above the leaking doorway and the roof need a slight adjust to allow a gap for the water to enter the gutter and not pool on the roof.I advised LJ Hooker, the rental estate agent, who sent Emerald Beach Plumbing around once again. The owner of Emerald Beach Plumbing come around and despite my requests to leave it alone (I even called LJ Hooker and ask them to ask him to leave it alone) the owner of Emerald Beach Plumbing continued and NOW THE WATER PROBLEM IS SO BAD IT EVEN COMES IN THE WINDOW OF MY SHOP!!!!Here's a picture of the mess out of the gutter that they did not clear DIRECTLY ABOVE THE LEAK.
