Unfortunate that some "Local Guides" give everyone 5-Stars without visiting the location or even being anywhere near the place, just to boost their numbers.I have visited this shop a number of times during my 14 years in Coffs Harbour, and generally their staff are rude and condescending. I closed my PO Box with this place because the guy behind the window is the embodiment of a lazy, rude, grumpy old man.I also stopped going there because the women behind the counter are incompetent and bitchy.
My wife did her passport online but because she needed to present some documents (which they gave her a list). According to that list she presented all the docs. The lady in the post office will not follow that list and keep asking more and more documents which it was ridiculous. My wife rang the passport office and they stated that the post office lady should ask only the required documentation on the list. My wife went to another post office and everything was done without a problem
