Alex and the team @ Florent and Mundey have managed my residential property for many years now and I would say maybe 2-3 weeks total over the past 5 years is the only time it hasn't been tenanted (and I believe it was so we could get new carpets / painting done). Communication is always prompt and responsive, inspections are detailed with photos and couldn't ask for more out of a property manager.Would highly recommend - Keep up the great workBrendan Graetz.
Beware. They pursued us to attend open home inspections long after we said we were not interested. Then when we were interested - last-minute gazumping. A real waste of our time! We have a lot of experience with other agents and in comparison found them deceptive and arrogant.
Florent and Mundey are complete professionals. I have dealt with this agency on many occasions and I couldn't be happier with the display of integrity and professionalism shown by the Florent and Mundey team. 5 stars all round
had the worst experience with this real estate, I bought a 6 bedroom house from this real estate as they advertised it as 6 bedroom but after we bought the house we found the house is only approved for 3 bedroom by the council. at the moment the case is in the process of legal action
