I had to return a faulty swimming costume. Service couldn't have been better, efficient, professional, friendly. Will definitely be back.

Great store offering many brand names and products but prices are a bit high
Their quality standards and customer service are dissapointing, a pair of Havaianas (the only ones in the style I wanted in my size) were clearly not brand new, they had sticky marks, sand and were moulded instead of flat. when i showed a team member all they said was the tags on them meant they were brand new, despite the condition, I was charged full price $44.95!!! . I reported my dissapointment via their facebook page only to be given some 'manufacturer dust' excuse despite photo evidence. A dissapointing shopping experience.
$80 for a pair of boardies? Give me a break. It's surf wear not high fashion. I guess someone has to pay Kelly Slater, not me.
