My experience with this dealership is nothing but positive. My local Kia dealership was unhelpful and left me in a spot so I sourced a vehicle and found Coffs Harbour Kia. From dealing with Jackson enquiring about the vehicle which was thousands cheaper than my local dealers quote, and placing a deposit the same day Jackson was genuine and very helpful providing his assistance. Also dealing with Bill and Julie I couldnt ask for more professional and helpful staff. Julie even stayed back to ensure that I could travel and collect the vehicle after hours. I was told this is a family run dealership and its was clear that they care for their customers from sale to collection. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to consider calling them.
