From the very outset MBCC were extremely realistic with their offer and a price was agreed on very quickly which was significantly better than any other dealer I had dealt with. Apart from the great price, the entire process was seamless and I have nothing but the highest praise for this team of people. From the sales team (Carl & Lachlan), finance department and front of house (Vickie) and the big 'Boss' (Todd), I was made to feel part of a the Mercedes-Benz family rather than just another sale. I have purchased many cars in my life and can honestly say this transaction was an absolute pleasure thanks to the team at MBCC. Im writing because I would genuinely like to share my experience I had @Coffs harbour Mercedes Benz so that if anyone, by any chance, is in doubt whether you should travel all the way to Coffs Harbour or not, I can clear your mind up because i was exactly in the same situation.If distance is the only reason making you reluctant to contact this dealer, you dont have to worry about it at all. It is worth travelling to Coffs Harbour because1. Flight ticket ist very expensive (only $71 from Sydney to Coffs Harbour) and there are 6 direct flights per day across the airlines. And, you can drive back to your city with the car.2. You will get much much better deal than you would normally get in big cities.3. You will get shocked by their free airport pick-up service(Thanks! Todd)4. You will receive some gifts as well5. Paperwork will be extremely easy and straight forward(Thanks! Lachlan)6. Test driving will be very fun.7. Lachlan will assist you at his best ability and he is very friendly!8. You will have peace in your mind because you know youre dealing with the certified dealer.Overall, we are extremely happy with our decision to go all the way up to Coffs Harbour. Fantastic service! A big thank you to Lachlan in particular who was extremely professional and easy to deal with. He took me on the first test drive and we went far enough to really feel how the car handled at different speeds. I also had a test drive with Carl who was also fantastic and extremely professional! Going through the paperwork was incredibly simple and well explained and even after the purchase Lachlan sat in the car with me and talked me through all the features again to make sure I felt comfortable and confident.Overall - what a great team at this dealership!! Every person I spoke to was very friendly and in different ways went above and beyond to make the purchase of my first Mercedes a very special experience. I was only in Coffs Harbour on holiday and didnt think I would be driving back in a beautiful new vehicle. When its time to upgrade this car, I will definitely travel back to Coffs Harbour to deal with this dealership again.
