Quotes to get my vehicle done after an accident I had been in. Had everything planned and spoke personally with Peter who works in the shop to have my car repaired Thursday. Thursday comes along and they decide they no longer want to accept the quote the THEY WROTE UP. I then call peter to find out whats going on and he totally twists his story and tells me to get my repairs done elsewhere and hangs up on me. So unprofessional!!!! Not to mention the shop is in a state and after seeing one of the repair they did its probably in my best interest to go elsewhere anyways. Can not believe these guys have any high reviews. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Left me in tears

Thanks to Kath and Peter for fixing my bingle with the least amount of hassle. And, thanks for the personal touch - remembering my name, holiday plans..... even the offer of a cold drink on a hot day - just like visiting family! Love your little dog too - so cute.
