Okay so I first went in to inquire about a laptop and the guy that greeted me was lovely but all goes down hill from there. The guy in the laptop section asks if I need any help but pretty much starts to turn away before I could even answer, I say yes please I'm after a laptop for uni. He pretty much treats me like my dumb cause I didn't really know the answers to the questions he was asking. And then instead of talking about laptop options he trys selling me warranty and extended care? I then leave and look up laptops online and find the one I'm after check all the reviews and it's what i need. I go back in the the original guy that greeted me greets me again and then everyone ignores me, the photo guy comes over and was like I'll get the guy you were talking to before, I stand there as he asks him to help me but he is to busy talking to his friends so the photo guy just puts my laptop through. If you wanna shop here definitely know what your going in the store for or order online.

Harvey Norman - Absolutely awful customer service. Radio/tv/newspaper adverts say they are experts in student computers/devices. When presured into buying and sold something that was not needed and given free by the school, refused refund or credit even though the item was completely unopened/unused. Stating the reason as my fault as I did not know, and that it was Australian law to not refund for mistakes. No refund or returns policy on receipts or stated anywhere for that matter!!Learnt my lesson for only $120. Would never use again and would advise everyone I know not to either.
Very poor service & someone actually pretending to be store manager. Harvey Norman Coffs Harbour computers your a joke and a disgrace no compassion. May I suggest everyone visit Grafton Harvey Norman for great friendly service. If I could give a minus rating I wouldI wonder if I get a response from the store owner NS or is that just for the positive ratings. I would want to rectify any problems in my storeTM
