Went there today to purchase a bbq for our local surf club and asked if they would consider reducing the price to support the club and nippers and rudely the manager turned to a staff member rolled his eyes and sniggered saying not enough mark up mate and walked off I stood there waiting when the guy behind the till finally said well do you want it, i said yes and now i am sorry i bought it from the rude and arrogant staff never will i purchase a bbq from that store i would rather drive to port or buy on line totally disgusted with the manager attitude.
Today I purchased a miniature charcoal BBQ from a old pommie fella there, he seemed to know a lot about the little machine and did a good job.
Very ordinary service and some abrupt staff and not knowing their product knowledge very well.
Great experience, Shannon was very knowledgeable helping us with our purchase and another gentleman was very helpful getting our new wood fire into my car. Both employees had great customer service skills and product knowledge. Thanks BBQs Galore Coffs Harbour, we will be back in the future!
Very poor service. Walked out went straight to the good guys and bought a Weber q. Hope they learnt there lesson as they just lost a $400 sale.
