Again- What a wonderful experience in the Coffs Harbour store!Served by the lovely Karen, who asked questions & really listened to my needs. Her knowledge of interiors combined with her input and suggestions was very much appreciated. Karen's very relaxed sales approach makes shopping fun for me, not at all fake or pushy. She even took my details and let me take home some cushions on approval so that i could try them on my couch in the lounge room!! When I came back the second time, Heidi was the smiling and accommodating presence, letting me take yet another home on approval (we are fussy!!) Finally on the third day the manager Charmaine was working. She recognised us as regulars and treated me like an old friend! You girls are amazing and I want to thank you for the GORGEOUS velvety golden cushions and the pleasant shopping experience. I am delighted!!Christey (Sawtell)PLUS I NEED TO MENTION THE DISPLAYS!!!
