We went to Maria's with friends for NYE at Coffs Harbour Jetty, the food was fabulous, service was OK. The only problem I had was that the bill for the food wasn't as per the menu price. I didn't complain as this could've been because it was NYE. But, th ed y should've told us at the check out or when being served.
Great service and food. An amazing place to take kids. A must visit for authentic, delicious italian.
Very disappointing dinner and service. My boyfriend and I were seated inside. Straight away we noticed a huge cockroach crawling along the wall near us, it flew down towards us and my boyfriend had to squash it. I should have left after that. Then our food came out, I had pasta. As I went to eat it I noticed a black fly in my dinner, it was absolutely careless that the chefs didnt notice this fly as it was practically sitting on top. They remade it for me but I didnt enjoy it at all, it was very off putting and I couldnt stop thinking about it and the cockroach we had to kill. The thing that made me the most angry was when we went up to pay for these quite expensive meals that arent that great and small. The girl asked me how our meals were and I truthfully said unpleasant, that was it, I wasnt rude and I was immediately confronted with attitude. There was no apology or any decent customer service. Just blunt rude attitude. We will never be going there again as there are much nicer Italian restaurants in Coffs with much better customer service.
Loved the Scotch Fillet. Food was very tasty and prices reasonable. Good quick service. A great dinner enjoyed!!
Friendly staff make the place feel warm and welcoming. There are a few cosmetic touch ups that could be done to one wall that i could see but all up doesn't detract to the ambiance of the place
