Told me they came to Brisbane every week but not true. Poor communication all round within the company as I had been waiting one afternoon only to be told that someone from the company should have told me the week before they were not coming on the previously agreed date. My goods were stored 3 weeks longer than I expected, then i was sent an invoice to pay for it which fortunately they did not push. Then the truck arrives an hour early and the boss tells me the boys to dump the goods as I wasn't home. I talked him down and they waited because I reminded him of the previous holdups but there you go. That's my experience.
