I rang a cpl of weeks prior to going in & the man there was So thorough & So helpful, as well as patient with all my questions.When I went into the shop, I said I had a heavy box in the car he didn't hesistate in getting up to come out to the car to carry it. Also it was alot cheaper than sending it via Austpost & tracked all the way & delivered to the door. Can't ask for more than that. 10 /10

Fast, efficient and competitively priced . . my experience with Pack and Send was positive at every step. From Tamworth, my closest agent was at Coffs Harbour where I dealt with Ricky. He was most helpful, calling me back after sending various documents to make sure they had been received and also calling me today to inform me the parcel had been safely delivered. I was hoping transport would be quick, with delivery in Melbourne less than 48 hours after it was collected. I was able to track the process online so knew at all times the status of my parcel. Prior to contacting Pack and Send, I had received quotes from other local couriers - this one was the most competitive and included insurance which I appreciated. I'm most impressed with this company and the top class service it has provided.
