Very nice and comfortable.. Great price. Comfortable beds,clean rooms and beautiful pool. Receptionist was very friendly and after arriving half n hour late she seemed genuinely concerned about us arriving at the motel safely.. The rooms had plenty of coffee, tea, and sugar.. Clean cups, wine glasses and mugs along with a toaster and kettle. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
We had a very restful sleep and the meals were lovely.The rooms are spacious and very clean and the owners are very friendly.We will certainly be back when we are travelling this way again.

VERY poor customer service. wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Lauren at the front desk reception is rude and has no clue about customer service, and does not seem to care about making a customers stay a good experience. They clearly do not care about their business, and its reputation. Don't waste your money coming here, there are much better places to stay then this, where staff actually care about their customers and the experience. I don't even know how this place is still open...surely an audit needs to be done on this place and staff. Terrible place and not to mention the cockroaches in the rooms, use a bug exterminator for goodness sake! wifi is terrible too, just to top it. Find a reputable place to stay, do not stay here. Complete filth!
We loved our stay, it was clean, comfortable and a great sized room. Low noise and the staff were very helpful. We had a 3day stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay while in coffs harbour. 4 out of 5 stars for this one.
