Breakfast was fine, but air conditioning not working so very hot and uncomfortable.Also unfriendly for people with mobility issues. Distance from lift to restaurant very difficult to navigate for people like this.
The room we had could be used as an interconnecting room. This service was not needed by us. Privacy was a concern, you could hear everything from the room next door as there was a gap under the interconnecting door, allowing sound and light through. You could clearly hear the guests next door. The building itself was not very well made for guests, hearing footsteps constantly outside and from the level above. The resort itself was very run down, the place needs a good make over and maintenance upgrades throughout. The pool seemed to have high unsafe levels of chlorine, you can smell it as soon as you walk into the resorts foyer. Very overpowering. The timber handrails were broken, tiles around the pool broken, pool chairs broken, like I mentioned a big upgrade needs to happen. The pool slide had a vertical rail poorly repaired allowing it to shift and doubling the gap deeming unsafe for children.Unfortunately we would not stay at this resort again.
Really nice rooms, private access to the Beach. Games area for the kids. Nice restaurant downstairs. Friendly, helpful Staff.
Rang up to check the price .. was promised a junior suite but when you get there its jumped by $50 in price. Was then given an ocean view room but all we can see is trees!! Feel very ripped off .. do not stay here
Hotel is definitely due for an update but it is still quite charming. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant was nice. Pool area is good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
