Went into store to purchase a filter, whilst on holidays. Found the lady to be short with us as we had dealt with a gentleman to day before and felt rushed to get out the door, was going to look at Go Pro 7 but felt that it was too close to closing time and wanted us to leave!

My wife very kindly upgraded my camera as a gift without my knowledge. She found the staff to be extremely helpful. On taking delivery of the camera I found the same thing. They obviously know their stuff and are interested in providing good service - something that any shop will need to do to survive in a world of online shopping.
Went in to buy a drone, spoke to the salesman and discussed the product. He went on and told me the price which he said was on special. I said Id go have lunch and come back. Upon returning, the original salesman was out and I spoke to another. The price had now risen $300. Told him the price I had been given earlier, to which he replied that was yesterdays price, when did you come in, and argued about my attendance. The original salesman walked in and confirmed my story. He was then harshly berated in store in front of me and I was then told the higher price now stood as he would loose too much money. Im happy to support local business community but not with service like this. The worst attitude, business professionalism and customer service Ive ever seen.. BTW..I happily walked out and paid $200 more in a competitors store. Wouldnt buy a 10c print off you.
Love these guys. They were so helpful. They showed me different alternatives that would suit my needs, gave me a web price, set the camera up and then gave me full instructions. On top of that, they said to come back any time for assistance. Great customer service !!!!!
