After ordering the wrong motherboard, and not being able to find a replacement no offer of a refund was offered rather they wanted to me to spend another $300 to upgrade the wrong one.The morals here are always do your research before you buy something & stick with bigger online companies that allow you to return items ordered in error. I think this is the first time I've ever given a bad review for anything before but this is the first & possibly last time I deal with a smaller business in regards to computers..
