Went instore today to purchase 12 books required for highschool. Left with only 2 books. No stock. Whilst Three staff stood around talking about their work hours, when I interupted them to ask if they had anymore stock, the answer was "ummm dont know, alot of people have already purchased their books" Dont bother going if your after A4 128 page or larger.
A well located store with reasonable stock range. Wheelchair accessible. Family friendly. Proximate to public transport hub. No threat of sharks or saltwater crocodiles. Went in for some A4 paper and came out with that paper and some storage boxes that were on special. Would be more exciting if there was a threat of sharks or salt water crocodiles - maybe a staff member could growl angrily occasionally.
Bought a set of headphones online, with the guarantee that they would be delivered in 2 days. Once the sale was processed, the delivery date was adjusted by 1 week because they were not in stock. However, having not received them I checked the delivery date again and now it's gone up to 1 month. I received no notification that they changed the delivery date. Went to check the website and they're still promising 2 days delivery on the same product. It's very dishonest and misleading. Bought the product instead from Amazon, who also promised 2 days to deliver and actually did it!
No Stars really only gave one because you can't post without., don't know why so many happy staff reviews. One register open line of ten customers. Was second in line sent to door person as I was paying by card and they could complete my purchase . Only to be told that the HDD i wanted had to be collected from behind the counter. Queue now 15, still only one cashier and I would have been at the back. Just left won't be back in a hurry.
