Currently staying in here with my daughter who has had surgery. All the staff have been amazing especially Suanne she's definitely one of a kind, nothing has been too much to ask, they have looked after both of us so well. The food has been amazing, better then some restaurants I've been to around the Coffs Coast.
Very good and rigid procedures and they adhere to them professionallyCritical information is covered many times, i would say to reduce errors from staff and/or patients. I can see where some with onset dementia would benefit enormously from these constant checks and double checks. Quality and sufficient staff and the operation i had went flawlesslyFood was good quality and a decent menu .Plenty of bottled water available.The only markdown would be for my shower/wet Area showing some slight staining and a tap needing attention.But these are very minor observations.Checkout is professional with a detailed discharge summaryIt's a well run facility.
Whilst the staff and food are excellent, the powers that be have dialed back the internet to a point where it is often difficult to complete a Google search, indicating a complete lack of understanding of the 'Service Industry'. If you would enjoy the 1950s experience of lying on your back bored in hospital, this is the place for you.
I was so nervous about my procedure however the staff we're so lovely they calmed me down. Lovely area to sit as you wait. My surgeon was the most compassionate man and the nurse that looked after me post op was Delightful. I was blessed to go there.
Excellent service, quality care when I needed the most, caring and friendly staffs throughout my care level. Good outcome for my health issue. Big thank you to all staff and especially Elizabeth for her leadership.
